If you are dissatisfied, please contact us via e-mail ASAP and we will do the best we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have sufficient time to return the order, once we agree on the return.

We will be unable to correct any order after the 10 day period. Fabulessfabrics will pay for the shipping fee (UPS ground or 1st class via the US post office) associated with returned merchandise when we have made an error.
