- What is your return policy? We do not accept returns on order over 10 yards, order over $150, (samples are available for sale ) and any finished products (Foam, Blankets, Rugs, Throws, Pillows, Recliners, Runners, Curtains, Panels, Table cloths, Place mats, Est. ) Otherwise we accept Returns with a 20% restocking fee. we do not offer return labels. MUST notify us with in 3 days of delivery & return with in 14 days of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Returns must be approve via message: once return has been approved please send item back to address on label with in 14 days of delivery. Please be aware fabric cuts with 20% restocking fee can NOT be waived. SHIPPING COST ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
-After shipping an item back, please keep an eye out on tracking, once the item shows delivered please send us another message so we can locate your return and issue your refund, thank you.
- Do you do exchanges? YES, if the fabric is available, please contact us.

- Do you offer samples? It depends. We do not provide samples on any of the laces or sequins, ever! Cutting fabric swatches out of these delicate fabrics greatly compromises the fabric as a whole so we avoid it entirely.
- Are samples free? Due to the high price of postage, we will no longer be providing free samples. We'll be happy to make you a listing to purchase a sample swatch for $5.
- How big are the samples? They are swatch sized. Many of our fabrics have large designs so if you'd like to receive anything larger than a 1'x1' swatch, we recommend that you order a yard. Swatches are merely a courtesy service so that you get a feel for the color and texture of the fabric. Please also know that we are here to answer any of your questions.

- All fabrics come a continues piece, for examples:
if you order 3 yard, the length will be 108 inches, NO CUTS!
- Vinyls are shipped on a roll to avoid any creases/folds.
- All other fabrics will be folded

-Do you offer combined shipping? Yes we do. It is calculated automatically for each item and the price differs per fabric due to weight.
- How long does shipping take? Fabric orders take 1-2 business days for your order to be processed & typically 1-3 business days for it to arrive via USPS priority mail.
- Foam order typically take 3-5 business days for the order to be processed & cut, and shipped via USPS Parcel Select 6-8 business days to arrive.
- All finished products will take 3-5 business days to be processed and custom made & shipped USPS Priory Mail & 3-6 business days to arrive.
- At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
- At this time we do not offer international orders.
-Can I make a purchase online and pick it up in person to save on shipping costs? No, you can not. Etsy does not provide that option.

-If you received the wrong color, wrong fabric, missing yards, or wrong product, please let us know right away and we will take care of the issue for you & provide us with attached photos of what your received.
