IF THEIR IS ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCT PLEASE NOTIFY US WITH IN 3 DAYS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY!

FABRIC ORDERS: We don not offer any returns on orders over 10 Yards OR $150 . Exchanges are available depending on the availability of a fabric. We offer samples on most fabrics, please contact us first for one before placing a large order.

RETURNS: Please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned fabrics due to cutting. We do not offer return labels.

PLEASE NOTE: We only process orders M-F. Once payment is received, we process your item the next business day. In other words, if you place an order on Friday, it will not be processed until Monday.
